Growing up, I was the shy kid who always struggled to make friends. Adding to the challenge was my battle with weight, which left me feeling insecure and self-conscious. High school was particularly tough, as I was constantly bullied and felt like I didn’t fit in. I had no real ambition beyond joining the police force, but my grades were poor due to my lack of focus and interest in school.
After graduation, I decided to give working out a shot. I had no idea what I was doing at first, but the more I hit the gym, the more I realized something amazing was happening. I was gaining confidence, building muscle, and feeling better about myself both physically and mentally. It was the first time I’d ever experienced the power of discipline, and I was hooked.
Determined to maximize my workouts, I started researching exercise science and human anatomy. The more I learned, the more I fell in love with the fitness world. Today, I’m proud to say that my passion for fitness has grown into a career that allows me to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. And the best part? I get to wake up every day excited about what I do!
Starting out in Police Foundations, I quickly realized it wasn’t my calling and decided to drop out. Instead, I set my sights on pursuing a degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science). After completing the required courses to get accepted, I dove straight into an internship that allowed me to work with a wide range of people, from national athletes to dialysis patients, kids, seniors, and varsity athletes.
I was determined to gain as much experience as possible and learn how to train people with varying needs and goals. Witnessing the transformative power of exercise and nutrition on people’s lives, I found my purpose and knew exactly what I wanted to do. I fell in love with helping others achieve their goals and understanding the profound impact of healthy lifestyle habits.
Since then, I have been working as a trainer, guiding individuals towards their aspirations and pushing them to reach their full potential. It’s been a fulfilling journey, and I’m grateful every day to be able to help others in such a meaningful way.

Hi, I’m Haidar. You could say I’m a fitness fanatic, but that’s just half the story. More than anything, I love helping people discover the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. These twin passions led me to a career in personal training—a decision that’s been a perfect fit for me.
As a kid, sports were my go-to. Somewhere along the line, I started mixing in strength and resistance training, mainly to up my game. But guess what? It turned out to be a game-changer! It didn’t just amp up my sports performance; it did wonders for my sleep, mood, and energy levels. Plus, I started looking fitter and leaner. It was like uncovering a secret superpower!
Away from the gym, I’m a huge fan of the great outdoors. I love going on long hikes, exploring new trails, or just getting lost in nature—it’s my way of recharging. And learning!
In my free time, you might find me practicing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) or mixed martial arts (MMA). These aren’t just workouts for me—they’re both physically and mentally challenging, and I love every minute of it.
So that’s me—Haidar, the fitness-loving, nature-exploring, martial arts-practicing personal trainer. My mission is to show others how fitness can do more than just transform your body; it can really change your life. I can’t wait to share that journey with you.
