In our complimentary fitness assessment, our private personal trainers will discuss your health and fitness goals in depth, injuries/limitations, and medical status and assess your fitness level through a broad movement screen. The information collected from the assessment will provide our in-home personal trainers with the data needed to plan a fully customized program.
We are exceedingly passionate trainers and strongly believe in our systems that guarantee you results. Every person is different and every BODY varies, so we assign the right personal trainer to the right client that we think is the best match. Programs are also catered to specific client’s needs and goals.

We are more than just your normal certified personal trainer. All our in home-trainers have achieved at least a degree or masters in exercise science (kinesiology) or similar fields. Being certified as a trainer can be done over a few weeks, that’s why we require all our trainers to have a degree in a field related to health and fitness. We work with clients that vary extensively and have different goals, whether you’re getting more physically active for weight loss, muscle gain, strength & conditioning, retirement, beach body, or for others, our certified Woodbridge personal trainers have you covered!
We provide 24/7 support via email or text and every exercise program is paired with a nutrition package.
