Humans are made to move but in today’s society, we always make excuses not to move. Are you looking to get back to normal activity but a previous injury is still standing in your way? Chronic pain can make it hard to move and exercise. No one should avoid movement, not moving will only make the pain worse. Don’t use pain as an excuse to avoid movement.
